Competitive Gymnastics Teams and Pre-Team

Wee Team - Wee team is for our tiny gymnasts 4 to 6 years of age and is by invitation only. This team learns USAG Levels 2 through 4 along with the compulsory routines. This team is for extremely comitted parents and talented and comitted children who are interested in competitive gymnastics. Children on this team meet three hours a week.

Girls Pre-Team - Girls pre-team is for ages 6 and up and by invitation only. This team learns USAG Levels 2 through 4 along with the compulsory routines. This team is for extremely comitted parents and talented and comitted children who are interested in competitive gymnastics. Children on this team meet four hours a week.

Boys Pre-Team - Boys pre-team is for ages 6 and up and by invitation only. This team learns USAG Levels 2 through 4 along with the compulsory routines. This team is for extremely comitted parents and talented and comitted children who are interested in competitive gymnastics. Children on this team meet four hours a week.

Boys Level 4 Competitive Team - Level 4 Competitive Team is for boys ages 6 and up and by invitation only. This team perfects and performs USAG Level 4 skills along with the compulsory routines. This team is for extremely comitted parents and talented and comitted children who understand the time, work, and financial comittment of competitive gymnastics. This group will travel and compete at USAG meets. Children on this team meet six hours a week.

Level 4 Competitive Team - Level 4 Competitive Team is for girls ages 6 and up and by invitation only. This team perfects and performs USAG Level 4 skills along with the compulsory routines. This group will travel and compete at USAG meets. Children on this team meet six hours a week.

Level 5 Competitive Team - Level 5 Competitive Team is for girls ages 6 and up and by invitation only. This team perfects and performs USAG Level 5 skills along with the compulsory routines. This team is for extremely comitted parents and talented and comitted children who understand the time, work, and financial comittment of competitive gymnastics. This group will travel and compete at USAG meets. Children on this team meet nine hours a week.

Level 6 Competitive Team -

Level 6 Competitive Team is for girls ages 6 and up and by invitation only. This team perfects and performs USAG Level 6 skills along with the compulsory routines. This team is for extremely comitted parents and talented and comitted children who understand the time, work, and financial comittment of competitive gymnastics. This group will travel and compete at USAG meets. Children on this team meet nine hours a week.

California Gold Shockwaves

Recreational Cheer Teams

Recreational Tiny Shockwaves - Tiny Shockwaves are ages 3 years to 5 years and mainly perform at public events, and maybe one or two local competitions. Tiny Shockwaves will be taught the fundamentals of cheerleading, and the very beginning stages of stunting and tumbling. There is no experience necessary to be a part of this team.

Competitive Cheer Teams

Competitive Tiny Shockwaves - Tiny Shockwaves are ages 3 years to 5 years and mainly perform at public events, and one or two local competitions. Tiny Shockwaves will be taught the fundamentals of cheerleading, and the very beginning stages of stunting and tumbling. There is no experience necessary to be a part of this team.

Competitive Youth Shockwaves - Youth Shockwaves are ages 11 years and younger. This team performs at public events and five or six regional competitions or championships as well as national competitions. Mini Shockwaves will be taught the fundamentals of cheerleading and the beginning stages of stunting and tumbling. There is no experience necessary to be a part of this team

Competitive Senior Shockwaves Level 3 - Senior Shockwaves are a competitive team for ages 18 years and younger. This team performs at public events and five or six regional competitions or championships as well as national competitions. Participants on this team must have prior experience, or demonstrate the ability to execute tumbling and stunting at a higher level than that of the Senior Shockwave team. Team placement will be determined by coaching staff only. The Senior Shockwaves Elite team will be taught elite level tumbling and stunts.
